Samenvatting

This paper explores research at the intersection between family businesses and the circular economy, highlighting the potential alignment of family businesses with non-financial considerations and broader concepts of sustainability. This preliminary research found that family businesses recognise ‘community’, ‘values’, and ‘motivation’, concepts that are important to a circular economy, suggesting an alignment between the two.
